Firstly, Prior Quality control process of Hitron can be divided into 2 groups; Vendor Audit which checks part production in advance with self examination of quality control system of suppliers, and Receiving Inspection which inspects parts at stocking parts.

Secondly, for interim quality control of Hitron, there are DPO management(6σ) in which quality is subject to be successively inspected by manufacturing exerts at production line, Line inspection which detects inferiority prior to shipping, and shipping inspection at the time of shipping.

In addition to those above, we adjust our quality level to 6-sigma by utilizing Master System and Belt System as a part of defects and quality control training program.
※ Master System means the system which organized production structure to be manufactured by specialized Masters by process in order to meet cell-line characteristics in our company, and belt system means intra office qualification system granted to each field through 4 step Belt qualification (White->Green->Blue->Champion) to achieve 6-sigma level.

As the above mentioned, Hitron performs world’s class quality control and high capability to detect through various part inspection and quality improvement effort such as 6-sigma activities, and it is also willing to put our best efforts to make better quality.
